Online Registration
Registration is required to make purchases and is free of charge. Registration and/or use of the site constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Personal information provided during registration is protected as per our Privacy Policy.

Products
Product images on the website may vary in color due to display differences. All products are accurately represented as per manufacturer images, but are subject to availability for delivery within South Africa only. See our Deliveries & Returns section for more details.
Prices displayed are valid for the day they are viewed. Chilla Beverage Co. reserves the right to change prices without notice and is not liable for errors or omissions. If an error occurs regarding a product, price, or color, we are not obliged to provide the affected product, but will contact you to resolve the issue. You may cancel the order and receive in-store credit.
Product availability is not guaranteed. If we cannot supply items, we will contact you to offer alternatives or allow you to cancel the order. If contact cannot be made, you agree to accept delivery and pay for items correctly delivered.
Special promotions may be subject to availability and specific conditions, which will prevail over standard policies.
Orders
All orders placed online are considered offers to purchase and are subject to these terms. A confirmation email with order details and a reference number will be sent. Delivery is confirmed only after payment is received.
Orders can be canceled by contacting customer service before midnight on the day of order. Cancellations after midnight will result in a delivery charge. In-store credit will be provided for canceled products.
If payments are canceled, terminated, or invalid, you are bound to pay the full purchase price and recovery costs. Chilla Beverage Co. reserves the right to cancel any sale or registration in case of breach of these terms.
Risk and Ownership
Risk passes to you upon acceptance of the products on delivery. Ownership remains with Chilla Beverage Co. until full payment is received.
Payments
Payments may be made via credit card, EFT, or an approved third-party payment provider. Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. No reservations are permitted unless arrangements are made after payment with clear instructions at the time of order.
Acceptance of Supplier’s Terms and Conditions (Wholesale)
By doing business with us, you accept our standard trading terms, available upon request. The address you provide serves as the designated address for legal purposes.
The Customer and its Principals consent to credit searches and information sharing with registered credit bureaus. We may maintain and share account conduct records as required.
