Shipping policy
A delivery fee will be charged for each order placed. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and South African public holidays.
Items are delivered within 3 to 5 working days for addresses within a 50km radius of Johannesburg, subject to unexpected delays. Deliveries to outlying areas will incur an additional surcharge, calculated at checkout. If unavoidable delays occur, clients will be notified via email or phone.
Deliveries are made only to the addresses provided during the registration process—no exceptions. Please ensure an authorised representative is available to accept the delivery and that access is possible for secure or access-controlled locations. The authorised representative must sign and print their name on a duplicate copy of the delivery note to acknowledge receipt and acceptance of delivery conditions.
All deliveries are outsourced. To the extent permitted by law, Chilla Beverage Co. cannot be held liable for any damages or losses caused by the acts or omissions of the courier service.
Chilla Beverage Co. cannot guarantee stock availability but will endeavour to source stock to fulfil orders. If items cannot be delivered, we will attempt to contact you using your registration details and offer either an order cancellation or alternative product if applicable. If we cannot supply every item or quantity ordered and cannot contact you, you agree to accept delivery and pay for the items correctly delivered.
Delivery of the ordered product constitutes acceptance of your order and serves as proof of payment by Chilla Beverage Co., regardless of any prior payment confirmation communicated.
